What it measures
WRESBAL+ is an enhanced measure of Federal Reserve net liquidity. It subtracts all major Fed liabilities from total Fed assets (WALCL) to produce a more comprehensive picture of net liquidity injected into financial markets.
Liabilities subtracted: - TGA — Treasury General Account (WDTGAL) - RRP — Overnight Reverse Repo (RRPONTSYD) - Foreign Official RRP (WLRRAFOIAL) - Currency in Circulation (WCURCIR) - Other Deposits (WLODL) - Other Fed Liabilities (WDFOL) - Loans & Advances (WLAD) - Earnings Remittances (H41RESH4ENWW)
Data sourced weekly from FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data).
